| 摘 要： | 在人权保障和正当法律程序呼声日渐高涨的今天,通过现场勘查获得的物证来证实发生的犯罪更显重要。现场勘查是法律性和科学性很强的诉讼行为,必须遵循一定的原则,按照具体的程序进行;否则就很难发挥诉讼功能,所获得证据就不具证据能力,将被排除在法庭之外。

| Abstract: | The material evidence obtained by crime scene investigation has exerted a more important function in supporting the facts of a crime at the present period in which the protection of human rights and due process has been in upswing.As an act of procedure with legal and science natures,the crime scene investigation shall conform with certain principles and concrete pro- ceeding,otherwise its procedural function will be difficult to exerted,the evidences obtained will not be admissible and will be excluded by the court. |
