| 摘 要： | 返乡农民工创业对于新农村建设意义重大。针对农民工返乡创业中存在的问题,地方政府应采取一系列措施促进农民工返乡创业的良性发展,即改善农民工返乡创业的投资环境,健全与完善农村金融服务体系,加强信息引导,提高培训质量,建立并完善农民工创业园区等。
