| 摘 要： | 概念的基本逻辑类别是外延大于等于一的实概念和外延等于零的虚概念,如果一个概念的外延存在或存在状况是不确定的(外延或为一或为零),那么这个概念就是“悬概念”。悬概念具有动态性、探索性和根据性的特征,从逻辑上区分可将其分为肯定性悬概念和不肯定性悬概念两个基本种类。树立悬概念意识,在公、检、法、司的工作实践中,具有特殊而重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Concept can be divided into true concept,the extension of which is bigger than or equal to one,and false concept,the extension of which is equal to zero.If the extension of one concept is uncertain,this concept is regarded as "undefined concept"."Undefined concept" has the characteristics of being dynamic,exploratory and basic and can be classified into two categories,that is,affirmative "undefined concept" and non-affirmative "undefined concept".It is of great significance to become aware of the existence of "undefined concept" in legal practice. |
