| 摘 要： | 同沿海几个经济区比较,北部湾广西沿岸地区总体上属于沿海"应发展欠发展"地区.按照科学发展观的要求,又好又快推进该区开放开发具有极其重要的意义.文章指出了北部湾(广西)沿岸地区发展中存在的主要障碍,分析了加快该区发展面临的良好机遇,对又好又快推进该区开放开发进程提出了构建"三大支撑体系"的政策建议.
