| 摘 要： | 外资企业经常发生劳资矛盾和纠纷,工会在劳资谈判中必须讲求艺术.要通过设定谈判目标、掌握谈判信息、科学策划谈判内容、熟练运用谈判语言等,建立正常健康的劳资协商谈判机制,从而有效地化解矛盾,建立互信关系,促进外资企业发展.

| Abstract: | Contradictory and disputes between labor and capital often occurre in foreign capital enterprises, and trade unions must strive for art in negotiation between labor and capital. Through setting negotiation goals, grasping negotiation information, scientifically planning negotiation content, skillfully applying negotiation languages, and so on, establish normal and healthy consultative negotiation system between labor and capital, thus solving contradictory effectively, establishing relation of intertrust and promoting the development of foreign capital enterprises. |
