| 摘 要： | 我国转变经济发展方式必须扩大内需,其重要根基又在于增加农民收入,要提高农民收入必须实行价值回归系统工程,理顺农产品价格形成机制。为诊治农产品价格扭曲这一痼疾,必须深化认识农产品价格低于其价值的原因与后果,探析农产品价值形成的特殊性,尤其要重新认识耕地的价值,在此基础上使其价格基本符合价值,自觉按价值规律办事。这是一个系统工程,是农业增效和农民增收的关键所在。
