| 摘 要： | 进一步改善干群关系,凝聚民心,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。而要改善干群关系,其合理路径主要有:一是让权力真正回归人民,重塑权为民所用;二是将情感倾注民生,重塑情为民所系;三是将利益让渡群众,重塑利为民所谋。

| Abstract: | It is a necessary requirement for building a harmonious socialist society to unite the people and improve the relationship between cadres and masses.Reasonable paths to improve the relationship between cadres and masses are： 1.Regression of power to the people and remodeling right of the people;2.Paying attention to people＇s livelihood and remodeling emotion with the people;3.Regression of interests to the masses and remodeling interests for the people. |
