浙商精神中“创业基因”之分析——以宁夏创业浙商为例

浙商作为当代中国分布最广、实力最强的一个投资经营者群体,在全国的社会经济发展中起到了重要的作用。文章以宁夏浙商为对象,剖析了浙商精神中的"创业基因",结合宁夏的区域的社会、文化特征,探讨了浙商如何充分把握时代机遇,睿智地运用当地资源和政策优势而发展壮大,展现了浙商强烈的社会公益和责任意识。

Analysis of the "Entrepreneurial Gene" of Zhejiang Merchants Spirit——Based on the Poineering Experience of Zhejiang Merchants In NingxiaResarch Group of Zhejiang University 2012 Summer Social Praitice Units

Zhejiang Merchants are a widespread and powerful group of investors and runners in contemporary China, they play an important role in the socio-economic development. Based on the Zhejiang Merchants in Ningxia, the article analysed the ＂ entrepreneurial gene＂ of Zhejiang Merchants spirit. Combined with the local social and cultural characteristics in Ningxia, the features of Zhejiang Merchants on how to fully grasp the time opportunity, how to wise use of local resources and policy advantages had been discussed in this paper, meanwhile showing the strong social welfare and sense of responsibility of Zhejiang Merchants.
