浅议社会主义核心价值观提炼

科研单位提炼核心价值观对提高科技工作者对工作的认识,增强单位的凝聚力有着举足轻重的作用。核心价值观的提炼,既要与本单位的发展相一致,又要与社会主义核心价值体系同步。因此,应在坚持制度性、普遍性、崇高性、方向性的基础上,注重阐释社会主义核心价值观的思想内涵,追求价值认同,体现科研特色。

Study on Refinement of the Socialist Core Value System

Refining core values in research units plays a pivotal role in all aspects on improving the understanding of science and technology workers of their work, and enhancing the unit cohesion, and so on. The core values must be consistent with the development of the units, also should be synchronized with the socialist core value system. So, focusing on interpretation of ideological connotations, the pursuit of value recognition, reflecting the characteristics of scientific research, should be based on the institutional, universality, lofty and directivity.
