中国现代警学基础理论研究30年

改革开放三十年来，中国警学基础理论研究先后经历了起步阶段、学科建设发轫阶段、奠基阶段，现在已走向多元和理性阶段，并取得了很大成就。尽管如此，在警学基础理论研究中，仍然存在“左”的影响，尚未形成成熟的学术规范，警察理论与警察实践、理论警察学与部门警察学相互脱节现象严重。新世纪新阶段，要真正推动警学基础理论研究取得突破和发展，应当坚持四个价值取向，形成四大理论品格。即由断裂走向兼容：保持深厚的历史感；从封闭走向开放：追求博大的境界感；从注释走向理性：形成严谨的逻辑感；从滞后走向超前：凸显强烈的时代感。

A Survey of Research on Basic Theories of Modern Chinese Policeology in the Past 30 Years

The past 30 years of reform and opening -up have seen major achievements in the research on basic theories of modem Chinese policeology. It has developed into a diversified and rational stage after experiencing the initial stage and the foundation stage. However, there still exist some problems, such as the impact of leftists, the immature academic standard, the separation between the theory and practice of the police. In the new era, the following four aspects should be stressed in order to make breakthroughs in the research of on basic theories of modern Chinese policeology. Modern Chinese policeology should be advanced from fractures to incorporation, from being closed to opening- up, from commentary to rationality, from lagging behind to leading ahead.
