| 摘 要： | 对我国政府职能的价值取向,不同的学者有不同的见解。理论的不同,引起人们思想的混乱。故我们应从政府职能价值观进行反思,并把我国政府职能的价值取向确定为市场政府、法治政府、民主政府和电子政府这四种价值取向的有机结合。

| Abstract: | Some scholars have different viewpoints about the function of our government.Different theories cause upset of ideas and make a confused state of mind.So we must take a review of the value about the government function,which should be an organism and unity of the orientation of value about government functions,consist of the government by the law,the democratic government,the market-based government and E-government. |
