刑事被害人社会救助法律制度的完善

在我国现阶段，由于救助制度不健全，刑事案件被害人在遭受犯罪行为侵害后，其权益往往得不到及时有效的救助，进而带来一系列的社会问题，影响到和谐社会的构建。应尽快出台《刑事被害人社会救助条例》，建立完善的刑事被害人社会救助法律制度来对被害人进行及时的援救和帮助，使受犯罪破坏的社会秩序得到尽快的恢复。

On Perfecting Social Relief Legal System for Victims of the Criminal

At present, due to the unsound social assistance system in China, after the victims of criminal cases being violated, their rights and interests often can not be timely and effectively protected, which consequently leads to a series of social problems, and affects the construction of harmonious society. We should promulgate ＂Victims of Crime by Social Assistance Regulations＂ as early as possible, and establish and improve victims of the criminal social relief legal system to assist and help the victims and resume the social order damaged by criminals as soon as possible.
