| 摘 要： | 目前,相当一部分警察在办理治安案件过程中,对办案程序重视不够,导致程序违法问题不断出现。这不仅使当事人的合法权益受到侵害,也败坏了公安机关的整体形象。因此,有必要对办案程序的重要性加以剖析,强化遵照法定程序办案意识,提高治安执法水平。

| Abstract: | Presently, quite a few policemen ignore the procedure in the process of transacting security cases. The problems of violating the law in procedure occur continuously. Not only do they infringe on the citizens' rights, but they also ruin the police' entire figure. So, it is necessary to analyze the importance of legal procedure and intensify the consciousness of observing legal procedure for improving the level of carrying out rule by security law. |
