| Abstract: | Treating human beings as the base of social activities has become the major social concept. Though criminal laws are the strictest among laws, they should reflect and represent the concept. We should respect and guarantee man's rights, carry out humanistic legislation and humanistic judiciary so as to establish humanistic laws which corresponds to the age. |
