| Abstract: | The State Council recently published tile Mental Heahh Law （Draft）. Some of its provisions are in connection with the forensic appraisal system. The author discusses the issues such as terminology selection, the basic theory and system design, and so on, according to the theory and practice of forensic science. Finally the author gives some recommendations on improving the legislation of the Mental Health Law. |
