摘    要:我国入世后,面临多方面的挑战,从一定意义上说,人才方面的挑战最为严峻.人才问题是关系党和国家事业发展的关键问题.而中国传统用人思想源远漉长.广博深邃.在中国古代众多的经史子籍文献中,它包含着丰富的用人思想,其中有的达到了很高的水平,至今仍闪耀着真理的光辉.正因为如此,才使我国在几千年文明发展史中,创造了诸如文景之治、贞观之治、开元盛世及康乾盛世等多次辉煌.深入研究和总结中国历代名家用人的成功经验和失败教训,继承和借鉴其理论精华,对于提高当代领导者的用人水平有着重要的现实意义.

The value of Chinese traditional thinking to make use of person

Abstract:After accede to WTO, China is confronted challenge in lots of aspects. From definite meaning it is most severe that the challenge of person with ability. It is the key that related with the development of our party and country. But Chinese traditional thinking of make use of person is of long standing, wide and profound. In Chinese ancient numerous literature, it contains abundant thinking of using person with ability, some of them get high level, and radiate with the light of truth. So we create such as prosperity of Wenjing, Zhenguan and Kaiyuan in history of our country. Study and summarize successful experience and failing lessons in making use of person of Chinese past dynasties celebrity, inherit and use the theoretical essence for reference, it will have important practical meaning to improve the level of leader in using the person.
