管制刀具在治安管理法律文件中存在的问题及建议

管制刀具是公安机关治安管理部门进行严格管制的危险物品种类之一.当前管制刀具治安管理法律文件中存在着法规不完善、管理要求与处罚条文不配套以及认定标准不足等问题.为此,应针对当前管制刀具治安管理中的新问题,及时制定新的管刺刀具管理条例,完善和修订其他相关法规,以有效促进管制刀具治安管理工作.

The Issues in Legal Document about Management of Public Security of Controlled Knives

The issue of controlled knives is one of the strict controls in all the dangerous goods to public security organs,but the current public security management legal documents about controlling knives are not perfect,for example: punished provisions and standards do not deserve.Therefore,we should make the new legal regulations to solve the new problem we face to in nowadays and revise other related regulations in time,in order to promote the work of the current controlled knives public security management.
