| 摘 要： | 在大学生思想政治教育过程中,大学生非正式组织有其独特的功能。本文用辩证唯物主义的观点,分析了大学生非正式组织的心理满足和协调、信息承载和传递、主客体互动的中介、激励和转化、行为规范和约束五个方面积极功能,并指出了大学生非正式组织的消极功能。同时,对发挥大学生非正式组织思想政治教育功能的途径进行了探索。
