| 摘 要： | 生产性服务业与制造业相辅相成。广西北部湾经济区生产性服务业发展的定位是：注意使公共服务市场化，针对经济区产业特点，形成产业集群，并承接国际服务外包。经济区目前人才培养的不足之处是：规模小、层次低，结构不适应，行业协会作用发挥不充分，校企合作不足。本文认为，创新经济区生产性服务业人才培养模式应采取的对策是：优先培养生产性服务业人才，制定前瞻性的动态人才培养计划，积极培育和发展新兴行业协会，增加对高校的财政扶持力度，建设功能城市集群，筹建北部湾经济区大学城。
