和谐社会视野下官德建设二重性的缘起与蕴涵

官德建设的二重性缘起于市场经济的发展,在和谐社会背景下则愈益凸显。为增强官德建设的针对性、实效性,我们必须把握官德建设的二重性,即在官德建设中必须将官员的引领经济之德建设与为官从政之德建设相提并重。各级官员既须牢固树立科学的市场经济道德观,并将其贯穿于生产、交换、分配、消费等具体经济活动中,又须恪守"忠、勤、廉、公、实、进"六字箴言,为善政,做好官。

A Study of Duality of Ethical Improvement Among Officials

To do a good job in carrying out education in ethics among officials,we should lay equal stress both on the improvement of ethics in their leading economic construction and on the improvement of ethics in their exercising administractive functions.Officials at all levels must foster scientific ethical outlook on the market economy,implementing it in production,exchange,distribution and consumption,and strive to become outstanding cadres who are loyal to duties,diligent in work,incorrupt,just,honest and desirous to advance.
