| 摘 要： | 遗嘱继承是财产继承的基本方式之一,在各国的继承法律制度中都占有重要的法律地位。由于受传统习惯的影响,我国的主要继承形式仍是法定继承,遗嘱继承制度极不完善。世界主要国家遗嘱继承制度的历史及现状;我国遗嘱继承制度的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Will inheritance is one of the basic ways of property inheritance, which takes an important position in every country's inheritant Law system.Influenced by tranditional customs,our country's main inheritant form is still conducted according to the law and Will Inheritance system is extremly imperfect. This article focuses on the historical and present situation of the inheritance system in other countries and tells its developing trend in our country. |
