我国非营利组织监督机制构建初探

非营利组织在我国发展迅速,并迎来了新的发展机遇。但由于监督机制的不完善,导致在发展中面临着诸多困难。文章试图从监督主体、监督内容、保障因素、监督结果四个方面进行梳理,尝试构建一个适合我国国情的非营利组织的监督机制。

Study on Setting up System to Supervise Non-Profit Organizations

Non-profit organizations have been having a quick developing period and are now facing new developing opportunity but meanwhile facing a lot of difficulties due to the imperfect supervising system. By analyzing the supervising body, supervised contents, guaranteeing elements, supervising results, this paper is trying to make out how to set up proper system to supervise the non-profit organizations in China.
