| 摘 要： | 在我国现行的行政诉讼实践中,有着诸多并不能完全让人满意的问题,但这些问题的出现都并非偶然,相当程度上与我国现行的行政诉讼制度以及相关制度结构密切相关,运用一些经济学上的基本方法和理论分析,对这些问题可以有一定程度上的解释,这也正是实证理论研究的一个落脚所在。
