| Abstract: | Jiang Ze-min has put forward the ideology of "promoting people's democracy by developing the democracy within the Party" in his Speech on July 1st, which carried forward and developed the ideologies on democracy within the Party and people's democracy of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thoughts and Deng Xiaoping's Theory. The writer discusses the dialectical relations between developing the democracy with the Party and promoting people's democracy. |
