| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是在全球范围内以市场机制优化资源配置,发挥好比较优势是各国从全球化中获益的根本途径;而创新是实现由资源型比较优势向资金和技术型比较优势转化的关键。为此,我国要充分发挥好比较优势,增强自身竞争力和综合国力,在此基础上努力实现比较优势的优化升级。

| Abstract: | The exertion of relative advantage is the basic approach to gain from economic globalization, which optimizes resource collocation in terms of market mechanism within the scope of the seven seas. Innovations are the key of transform from relative advantage based on resource to the one based on technology. Therefore, we should bring relative advantage into full play, reinforce our competitive power and all- around national power, and on basis of that, realize optimization and upgrade of relative advantage. |
