| 摘 要： | For almost 30 years, the Sichuan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SIFA) has been cooperating with the Freidrich-Ebert-Stiftung (Freidrich Ebert Foundation) of Germany. This has produced much useful work and good results for China’s reform and opening up program, economic construction and social development in Sichuan based on the principles of deepening understanding, treating each other sincerely, friendly cooperation and win-win development according to the actual conditions of the province.
