| Abstract: | This paper reviews sources of law concerned,the rationality and legitimacy of related law on the system of soil erosion control fee in the field of soil and water conservation,analyzes various problems of the system existing in the local legislation and practice,and demonstrates the urgency and necessity of improving the system in the area of legislation.And at last this paper proposes some countermeasures recommendations. |
