| 摘 要： | 我国《国家赔偿法》自实施以来,由于时代的变迁以及其自身设计不够完善等因素,使得这部法律越来越不符合构建社会主义和谐社会的要求;十一届全国人大常委会第十四次会议对《国家赔偿法》进行了审议修订。本文就如何修改《国家赔偿法》,让这部法律更好地维护人们的合法权益,以契合构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,进行了一些粗略的思考。
