| 摘 要： | 当前,对冲基金大肆叫嚣做空中国资本市场引起国人强烈反响,如何应对做空传言成为业界关注的焦点。由于我国资本市场法制尚不健全,监管者应及时查漏补缺,提早做好防范。因此,加强对资本市场的做空研究并采取应对措施是当前监管的当务之急。
