绩效考核与绩效评估:内涵、价值及衔接转化

摘    要:在当前绩效评估中,普遍存在着以考核直接代替评估、过于注重考核结果而忽视评估改进以及使被考核者产生心理抵抗的问题。究其原因,是混淆了两者的概念。因此,首先要对绩效考核与绩效评估各自的内涵进行清晰界定,并在内容上加以区分,充分认识与理解绩效考核与绩效评估各自的价值所在以及两者之间转化的必要性,进而提出改进建议,促使绩效考核向绩效评估的顺利衔接与转化,保证组织目标的顺利实现。
