| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代澳大利亚政府倡导的肯定行动计划增加了参与劳动力市场的女性比例,扩充了女性的就业范围,使得众多澳大利亚女性凭借其在社会工作中所做的贡献逐步赢得了社会的认同.但是,现代澳大利亚女性要想在工作和家庭的冲突中寻求平衡策略,实现两者兼顾的目标并不容易.对家庭中经济因素的顾虑、家务分配对职业女性角色的影响以及女性为家务的不平等分配付出的无形代价三方面所造成的工作-家庭冲突给现代澳大利亚女性带来了巨大压力.
