| 摘 要： | 公安院校专业系部具有学历层次高、理论性强的优势,但在为基层实战服务方面还存在一些不足之处.提高公安院校专业系部为实战服务的能力,既可以更好地为基层公安机关服务,又可以提高教师的实战水平.而公安院校专业系部提高服务实战的能力必须要正确认识自身存在的优势和不足,转变观念,探讨多途径的服务实战的形式.

| Abstract: | The department of the ministry of major has advantages of high qualification and high theoretical level,but it has some inadequacy in practical services for local places.The improvement of their practical service abilities can offer favorable services for local police and improve teachers' offensive ability.Meanwhile,the improvement requires for the right realization of their merits and deficiencies,concept transference,and exploration on multiple practical fight. |
