| 摘 要： | 目前农村的女农民培养经费不足.规模有限,难以满足实际需求;培养项目缺少统筹规划,效果不佳;女农民参与热情不高,培养制度有待于进一步完善.针对这些问题,应进一步加大政府的支持力度,增加资金的投入.建立健全培训机制,扩大培训途径范围,加大宣传力度,提高女农民的参与积极性.
