| 摘 要： | 近年来,师范类高校中的非师范专业女大学生由于专业优势的不明显及本身性别上的弱势影响等原因,使她们在就业方面承受了一定的压力.就师范类高校来说,应该加强对非师范专业的重视力度,努力提升此类专业女大学生的专业技术水平.用人单位也应从女大学生自身的素质考虑来选拔人才而不应存在学校专业、性别等偏见.此类专业的女大学生也应结合自身的特点,在校期间重点培养自己的综合专业素质,以便更好地适应今后的发展.
