| 摘 要： | 修改后的《工会法》不仅适应了社会主义市场经济发展的要求 ,而且适应了我国经济关系、劳动关系的变化 ,是对我国现代企业制度的完善。这种完善主要体现在对国有企业公司制改革的理论缺陷、制度设计缺陷和治理结构缺陷三个方面进行修补。

| Abstract: | After emendation, Trade Unions' Law not only adapts to the demand of the development of socialist market economy, but also the change of the economic relations and labor relations in our country. That is why it is the perfection of the modern enterprise system in our country. This article tries to elaborate the company-system-reform of state-owned enterprises through 3 aspects: the theoretical limitations, system programming limitations and governing structure limitations. |
