| 摘 要： | 高职高专法律教育为培养法律应用型人才发挥了重要作用。但是，近年来法学教育模式与社会需求之间出现了一些问题，传统的教学方式已日益显现弊端。因此，应从高职高专法律教育的现状出发。重新审视法律教育模式，使理论知识的学习与职业技能的培训相结合，并对其进行合理定位。

| Abstract: | Vocational training for legal education applied talents played an important role. However, in recent years, law education model and the needs of society had some problems. The traditional teaching methods have been apparent abuses. Therefore, should be from vocational education of law in the current situation of departure, organization mode so that the theory of knowledge, learning and vocational skills training in combination, and reasonable position. |
