公安机关执法监督问题探析

公安机关执法监督是国家民主与法治建设、约束警察权力、保障公民权利以及加强公安队伍建设的需要。当前,公安机关执法监督工作还存在着不正确的执法监督观念、监督力量分散、缺乏监督合力、监督措施不到位,监督力度不够等不足,制约了监督功能的发挥。在从严治警的形势下,应采取有效措施,加强对公安机关执法的监督,充分利用监督资源,保障公安机关依法行政。

An Analysis to The Law Enforcement Supervision among Public Security Organs

The law enforcement supervision among public security organs is necessary for the state democracy and law development,for police rights being supervised,for civil rights being safeguarded and public security troops building being strengthened.Presently,there are still some misunderstanding towards law enforcement supervision concept,which made the supervision effort divided,it can't have the efforts combined,therefore our strength is inadequate to supervise,further conditioned the efforts on supervision.Under the situation of being strictly manage the police,we should take some effective ways to strengthen the supervision on law enforcement,making full use of supervision resources to support public security organs law enforcement under the authority of law.
