| 摘 要： | 坚持和发展中国特色社会主义协商民主,关键在于使协商民主制度化。人民政协的政治协商融协商、监督、合作、参与于一体,是协商民主的集中体现和制度化载体。要发挥人民政协作为社会主义协商民主重要渠道的特色优势作用,关键要健全和完善人民政协政治协商制度化建设,建立健全配套完整的政治协商规程运行机制,才能全面推进社会主义协商民主制度建设。

| Abstract: | Upholding and developing consultation democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the key lies in the consultation democracy system.The People＇s Political Consultative Conference is a mix of consultation,supervision,cooperation,participation,is the concentrated embodiment and institutional carrier of consultation democracy.To play to the CPPCC as a special advantage role of an important channel of socialist consultation democracy,the key is to improve and perfect system construction of the CPPCC,establish and improve the operation mechanism for the procedures of political consultation completely,in order to promote all aspects of socialist consultation democracy system construction. |
