| 摘 要： | 国际货运代理协会联合会(FIATA)制定并推荐使用的格式提单FBL已被各国货运代理公司及国际银行界普遍接受。尽管FBL与中国《海商法》的法律地位截然不同,但在具体内容上,两者具有一定程度的可比性。通过分析、比较两者的共性与差异,为未来中国《海商法》的修订与完善提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The stand Conditions (1992) Governing the FIATA MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT BILL OF LADING (FBL) has been generally accepted by international freight forwarders and commercial banks. Although the legal status of that of FBL is far from CMC, there are some comments on the analogies between them in a sense. It is intended to a remedy for the legislation and revision of these rules above mentioned. |
