| Abstract: | According to the generally accepted legal theory, it is a foundation for the member organization of the enterprise to get the juristic personality, and it is a characteristic for the members' limited responsibility of the enterprises to get the juristic personality. But the legal purpose of juristic personality of the enterprises and the enterprise members' limited responsibility hope to revise the above-mentioned situation. |
