| 摘 要： | 古生物化石与地质遗迹保护对于可持续发展具有重要意义。但是目前我国保护古生物化石与地质遗迹的法律存在严重缺陷,不能有效地打击侵害古生物化石与地质遗迹的违法犯罪行为。应该完善保护古生物化石及地质遗迹的刑事立法,切实保护古生物化石与地质遗迹。

| Abstract: | The protection of Ammonite res fossil and geologic trace is of great significance for attainable development.However,there are some flaws in the current laws which can't attacks availably the infringement on ammonite rest fossil and the transgression of the geologic trace.So,we should perfect the criminal law to protect ammonite res fossil and geologic trace solidly. |
