新世纪中国法律史研究的几点思考

传统的中国法律史学研究虽然取得了很大的成就 ,但是囿于传统的指导思想、研究内容和研究方法的局限 ,中国法律史学的研究并没有达到其应有的理想深度和广度。鉴于此 ,作者在对传统的指导思想、研究内容和研究方法进行反思的基础上 ,提出了中国法律史学研究在新世纪得以发展和光大的几点思考。

Several thoughts on the Research of Chinese Legal History In 21st Century

Although the traditional researeh of legal history of China has made great progress, it also does not reach its ideal depth and width owing to the limitation of traditionally directing thoughts, researching contents and ways. As for this, on the basis of introspection of the traditional research, the two authors point out several thoughts for much development on research of legal history of China in 21th century.
