| 摘 要： | 中东变局对美国的冲击可谓一少(即阿拉伯盟友减少)、一升(即来自伊朗的威胁上升)和一降(即最重要盟友以色列的安全感下降),加上利比亚局势持续恶化引发国际石油价格明显上下波动,伊拉克局势尚未完全实现稳定和美国尚未完全脱身。这些变化使美国推行民主价值观的理想主义的利益与维护经济和安全的现实主义的利益发生了严重冲突,而且使利益目标和政策实施两个层面都面临协调和取舍的巨大困难。为尽力降低这场变局造成的损害,美国已开始调整其中东战略和政策,这种调整将进一步牵动中东地区格局的演变。
