| 摘 要： | “三个代表”重要思想与党的执政能力建设有着必然的联系。加强党的执政能力建设必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导才能巩固党的执政地位,获得党的执政合法性认同,从整体上提高党的领导水平和执政水平。
