| Abstract: | Now the grass -root trade unions in the state -owned enterprises are facing three difficulties. The first one is undefined responsibility and hard self - location. The second one is hard to cut down the number of persons employed. The third one is hard to adapt to the developing speed. If we want to solve the problems, there are three ways to try. The first one is to locate it accurately by law. The second one is to improve itself. The third one is to perfect the systematical construction. |
