摘    要:我国劳动关系绝大部分属于劳资关系,认识并把握劳资关系由雇佣关系下的领导与被领导、命令与服从的管理模式向劳资平等合作转化的大趋势,摒弃早已过时的雇佣观念,紧跟时代步伐,无疑具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:The most of working relations belong to employment relations in our nation .We should recog-nize and grasp the trend between working relations and employment relations that they transfer from leading to be led and from ordering to be ordered .So we should give up the past employing concept and follow the step of time so that it make our work more practical meaningful .
