On the Construction of the Trade Union from the Perspectives of Philosophy,Organizational Theory and System Theory

From the perspective of philosophy we should focus on the dialectical relationship among all de- partments in the process of constructing a trade union to balance the trade union and the enterprise. From the organizational theory we should obey to the scientific laws in the process of constructing a trade union and debate for the possibility and risk. From the perspective of system theory we should focus on the characteristics and its individuality which should match the company to make the trade union and the enterprise become one organ.
