| 摘 要： | 跨国公司战略演变推动了跨国公司理论发展。二次大战后,跨国公司实现了从复合一体化、外源归核化到合作竞争的战略演变,对跨国公司理论的发展也提出了新的要求。跨国公司理论将更注重目标导向、区位选择和利益机制分析。

| Abstract: | TNCs evolved to complex integration during 1960s~1970s, to outsourcing-focusing during 1980s~1990s, to cooperative competition since 1990s. TNCs' strategy evolving took place under certain history background, American enterprises formed complex integration depending on advantages accumulated during two word wars, outsourcing-focusing came into being to conquer pluralism paradox in the end of 1970s, cooperative competition emerged to surmount competition paradox. TNCs' strategy evolving follows inherent logic, first from utilizing advantages to accumulating advantages; secondly from go-it-alone to cooperation; thirdly from engendering mechanic fatalism to breaking through it by cooperative competition. |
