甘肃省国有企业职工下岗再就业的难点及对策思考

本文在调查的基础上 ,对国有企业下岗职工再就业的难点及成因作了分析 ,认为下岗职工再就业受到社会保障制度不完善、就业观念转变滞后、再就业渠道不畅、中介机构作用发挥不充分等多方面因素的制约 ,基于此提出了扩大职业教育规模 ,“截流”适龄劳动力 ,试行阶段性就业 ,建立政府就业中介机构等对策。

On the problems and the countermeasure of re-obtaining employment of the labors in the state enterprises not at posts

Based on the investigation,the article analyzed the problems and corresponding reasons of re obtaining employment of the labors in the state enterprises not at posts,and thinks that the re obtaining employment is obstructed by the imperfect social security,the obtaining employment idea changing fallen behind,the medium of re obtaining employment obstructed,the unfull function of intermediary organization,and so on.And puts forward the corresponding proposal of countermeasure.
