论社会主义核心价值体系的舆论引导力建设

在新形势下必须加强社会主义核心价值体系的舆论引导力建设,稳固社会主义核心价值体系的主流舆论地位,引导其它社会思潮。在舆论引导力建设过程中,应着重处理好四个方面的关系:社会主义核心价值体系与文化软实力建设的关系,价值导向一元与多元共存的关系,社会主义核心价值体系自身的传承与创新关系,舆论宣传的针对性与时效性的关系。

On the Building of the Guidance of Public Opinion of the System of Socialist Core Value

Under the new situation, in order to stabilize the mainstream status of the system of socialist core value and guide other social ideological trend, we must strengthen the building of the guidance of public opinion of the system of socialist core value, in which we must focus on propely handling the relations of the four aspects： the relations between the system of socialist core value and the construction of culture as part of the soft power; the relations between unified and muhiple coexistence of value guidance; the relations between the self-inheritance and the self-innovation of the system of socialist core value and the relations between the target and the timeliness of the public opinion propaganda.
